Package Drop-Off & Pick-Up Services at White Cross Dispensary

Your trusted partner for UPS, Purolator, PUDO, ICS and CANPAR services.

At White Cross Dispensary, we’re here to make shipping and receiving packages easy and stress-free. As an authorized UPS Access Point® and PUDOpoint Counters Location, we accept pre-labeled and prepaid shipments for drop-off, and we’re here for your convenient package pick-ups.

Drop-Off:

All packages must be ready to ship before drop-off.

  • Packages must be sealed.
  • A shipping label must already be attached.
  • We do not provide packaging, tape, or shipping labels.
  • Maximum Weight: 20 lbs (9.1 kg)
  • Maximum Dimensions: 16” x 12” x 10” (length x width x height)

Please note that packages exceeding these limits cannot be accepted. To avoid delays, ensure all your items and documents are ready before visiting the drop-off counter.

Pick-Up:

General Pick-Up (All Services Except UPS)

For general package pick-up (Purolator, PUDO, CANPAR, etc.), you must provide:

  1. A Valid Photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport, or government-issued ID).
  2. Proof of Address (only if the address on the ID and the package address do not match):
    • Accepted documents include:
      • Hydro bill
      • Banking statement
      • Utility bill

UPS Package Pick-Up

UPS has additional identification requirements for pick-up:

  1. Two (2) Valid Photo IDs:
    • Both IDs must be government-issued or from a trusted authority (e.g., driver’s license, passport, or health card).
  2. Proof of Address(only if the address on the ID and the package address do not match):
    • If the address on the IDs does not match the package address, you must provide proof of address.
    • Accepted documents include:
      • Hydro bill
      • Banking statement
      • Utility bill

Important Note

Please note that the following documentation requirements are set by UPS, Purolator, Canpar and other carriers, not by White Cross Dispensary.
If you fail to provide any of the required documents, we will not be able to release your package.
